Why are we ASPIRING?

  • Over 20 million people worldwide are living after a stroke due to bleeding in the brain, known as ‘brain haemorrhage’.
  • They are at risk of clotting or bleeding problems like heart attacks and strokes.
  • Aspirin and clopidogrel can prevent heart attacks and strokes.
  • We found that aspirin and clopidogrel were safe after brain haemorrhage.
